Terms and Conditions

1- General information

• Legal name of the company: LB Laser Inc., operating under the brand Le Clôturier.

• Currency: All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD).

• Taxes: Applicable taxes (GST and QST) are added at the time of payment.

• Sales area: Our products are mainly intended for Quebec and Eastern Canada, but we ship throughout the country.

2- Order and payment

• Orders are placed directly through our secure Square payment platform.

• Full payment (100%) is required at the time of order.

• We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of payment problems or unforeseen shortages of materials.

3- Manufacturing and deadlines

• Our pergola sets are made to order.

• The usual production time is approximately 10 working days from payment confirmation.

• This timeframe is indicative and may vary depending on the period, availability of materials or production load.

4- Delivery and collection

• Delivery is available throughout Canada, at the customer's expense.

• Factory pickup is recommended to reduce costs and avoid transportation delays.

• Delivery costs and times vary depending on the destination and will be specified at the time of ordering.

5- Return policy
and reimbursement

• Returns are only accepted for products that have not been installed, in their original condition and with complete packaging.

• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• A refund will only be issued after inspection and confirmation that the product meets the return criteria.

• No refunds will be given for products damaged by mishandling, incorrect assembly or unauthorized modification.

6- Guarantee

• Our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects.

• The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper installation, extreme weather conditions or improper use.

7- Limitation of liability

• Our liability, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant product.

• We cannot be held liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages related to the use or installation of the product.

8- Installation and security

• Installation must be carried out by at least two adults.

• The provided instructions must be followed carefully to ensure the safety and durability of the installation.

• We accept no liability for any injury or damage caused by improper installation.

9- Intellectual property

• All texts, images, diagrams, plans and instructions provided by Le Clôturier are protected by copyright.

• Any reproduction, distribution or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

10- Applicable law and jurisdiction

• These conditions are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec.

• Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district where the head office of LB Laser Inc. is located.
