DELIVERY POLICY

No packages will be shipped outside of Canada. Please note that we are not responsible for any additional delays caused by our carrier. You must contact them for information regarding your package.

Please allow 10 business days (+/-) for the production and shipping of your order. No packages will be shipped outside of Canada. Shipping is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise specified when ordering.

The “Pick-up at the factory” option is available for free pickup at our Lévis factory located at 425, 3rd Avenue, #300, G6W 5M6.

Please note that:

• You will receive a PICKUP CONFIRMATION email when your order is ready for pickup.

• This method is not available at all times. The hours are Monday to Thursday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

• You must make your purchase through our website and wait for the confirmation email before coming. You must come with proof of confirmation in hand.
